Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful time at the hotel; the rooms were spacious and beautifully set in a heritage style. The service was a bit commercial-focused but did offer helpful amenities. The location was ideal for exploring the city, although a bit noisy. The dining was above average but could be improved. Overall, a good choice for the price.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was excellent, allowing me to walk to the city palace and explore the bustling bazaar easily. However, the service was disappointing with rude and arrogant staff. The dining was just above average, but the rooms were basic and outdated.
I cannot stress how amazing the location of this hotel is, right in the heart of the main marketplace and within walking distance to incredible tourist spots. The rooms were fantastic, spacious, and spotless, equipped with both a fan and air-conditioning. The service was exceptional, with the staff being so courteous, pleasant, and patient. The dining experience was above average but could use some improvements in the oil content of the dishes. The hotel offers a wide range of facilities to make your stay very comfortable.
Staying at this hotel was a real treat for me. The rooms were nicer, bigger, and set in a true heritage setting, making it a significant upgrade from a cheap lodge. However, the service left much to be desired, with rude and indifferent behavior that was quite off-putting. The location, right above the landmark LMB sweetshop, was a definite highlight, offering a true taste of the city's heritage. The dining experience was just above average, with room for improvement in the quality and pricing. Despite the drawbacks, the overall experience was memorable and enjoyable, thanks to the unique setting and prime location.
The hotel is perfectly situated in the main marketplace, offering a feel of heritage area and good food. However, the city's hustle and bustle can hinder a tranquil stay. The dining experience, while just above average, needs to be less oily.
The hotel is in a prime location of the Heritage area with good food options, just on the main road of the Pink City. The rooms, though charged at 3-star rates, are clean but look dingy without opening the curtains. The service was quite helpful and decent, with assistance in deciding what to eat. The location is convenient, allowing easy access to the City Palace and the bazaar. The dining experience needs to be less oily, but the hotel offers better options than others in Jaipur.
